Welcome to the Binghamton Chapter of Harley Owners Group. We are sponsored by F.X. Caprara Harley-Davidson of Binghamton, NY.

​The Binghamton Harley Owners Group is a diverse group of riders made up of men & women, novice to experienced who enjoy the camaraderie of friends and the passion of riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles. We are where lasting relationships are formed and where memories are made. It’s where people like you come to share their common interest in Harley-Davidson motorcycles and the unique lifestyle that makes H.O.G.® so special.

We have a variety of terrific group rides and events for everyone to enjoy. Our meetings are a great way to get to know other members and learn more about our chapter. Chapter meetings are held once a month at McGirk's Irish Pub, 1 Kattelville Rd, Binghamton, NY 13901 on Saturday at 11:00 A.M. or Thursday at 5:30 P.M. The goal of Binghamton Harley Owners Group is to promote responsible motorcycling events for the Harley Owners Group members by conducting chapter activities and encouraging participation in other H.O.G. functions. Our intent is to bring people of common interests together, to enjoy the spirit of motorcycling, to increase the level of enthusiasm for riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles, to support the activities of F.X. Caprara Harley Davidson of Binghamton, and to create a family-oriented atmosphere in which all members can live the Harley-Davidson experience.

  • Saturday, November 22nd, 2025
    Our November monthly meeting will be on Saturday November 22nd 2025 at 11:00am at McGirk's Irish Pub 1 Kattelville Rd, Binghamton, NY 13901. 11:00am to order food. 11:30am meeting starts. This will be our "Thanksgiving" meeting! Drawings for turkeys, hams, pies and wine will be held! You don't want to miss this one! 50/50 for $5 at each meeting, as well as "feed the HOG" drawing! Must be present to win!.

  • BINGHAMTON RIDE 365 MILEAGE SUBMISSION
    Ride 365 mileage will now be sent to Rich Long email AssistDirector@binghamtonhog.com Monthly mileage due on the 20th of the month. Please email Rich with a picture of your mileage from your odometer and last 6 of your VIN. If you know someone in our chapter that isn't turing in their mileage please talk to them about helping our chapter by participating today. It's easy!

  • Sunday Funday Breakfast - Sunday November 16, 2025
    Sunday Funday Breakfast will be at the Grist Mill Restaurant in Parish just off exit 114 on I-81 at 10:00am. We have done away with choosing a winner for free breakfast on Sunday Funday. Rachel said it was too hard so we are replacing it with something new.

    We have a new Road Captain: Let's welcome Deryl D. Deryl is on almost all of the rides and will do a great job at this as all our officers do. Thank you Deryl

  • Next Meeting - Saturday, November 1, 2025
    Our next monthly meeting will be on November 1, 2025 at FX Caprara Harley-Davidson of Adams Center. Get in the 50/50 for $5 and also try to win a door prize at each meeting.

    • CHRISTMAS PARTY - DECEMBER 6, 2025
      We decided that this year’s Christmas party will be at Art's Jug in Watertown. It will be an afternoon party to accommodate our members in the Syracuse area and give us lots more room. It will be from 1-4pm on Dec 6th. We have 4 choices on the menu and I have attached it here for you to look at. • Menu A Pizza & House Salad $17.00 per person • Menu B Pizza & Antipasto Salad $19.00 per person • Menu C Chicken Cutlet Dinner (Served Plated) $25 per person • Menu D Choice Dinner (Served Plated) $33 per person These choices are attached so please review them and we will have a sign-up sheet and decided the menu option at the next meeting. This is the same as last year and the food is excellent. Last year we chose Menu D and it was great. Deadline will be November 15th if you want to go.
      Also we will be doing our gift exchange again. Bring a gift no more then $25.00 for our bingo gift exchange. More on this at the next meeting.

  • NEXT YEARS RIDE CHALLENGE / FX Thunder 15 for 26 Challenge
    It was decided we are going to do pictures of Post Offices in towns in NY named after countries around the world, (ex. Poland, NY Rome, NY) Our Activities Director Rachel is compiling a list of 15 that will be ready by riding season next year. You will just snap a pic with next year’s rider guide with your bike in the picture in front of that towns Post Office. This will be throughout NYS. Anybody that completes all 15 we have decided to have patches made to commemorate your accomplishment.

  • Overnight Ride to Hancock NY - MAY 22-24, 2026
    Our Assistant Director Dan is planning a ride to Hancock, NY on May 22-24, 2026. It’s about 200 miles of back road riding with plans of riding to Woodstock and doing the tour, and also the Hawks nest. We will have more on pricing for hotels with recommendations and Woodstock Tour pricing as well to come.

  • NEXT YEAR'S CLUB OVER NIGHT RIDE
    There was more discussion on what to do with an overnight ride but, nothing was set yet. It was suggested to do 2 nights somewhere to be determined. We need to figure out if we want to do an overnight ride, how far do we want to travel, where do we want to go, etc. There are H.O.G. Rallies, Gettysburg Bike Week, Lake Placid, Lake Goerge, etc. If your interested please join us at a meeting. More on this in upcoming meetings.

  • Monthly Picnic Rides
    We talked about changing things up for next year. Maybe plan a bike ride to a casino, or plan a ride to some of the 15 for 26 stops. ideas are welcomed. Gas Card Raffle: We would like to bring back the Gas Card Raffle on club rides. So once a month we do some kind of ride like Picnic ride or maybe a casino ride, we will do a raffle with everybody that shows up and the winner will get a $20 gas card.

    LET'S RIDE CHALLENGE - RIDE FOR HERO'S. / Ends on October 31, 2025 This takes the Harley-Davidson spirt one step further with a (7) seven-month event celebrating our riding community while hororing our nation's Military, Veterans and First Responders. Riders across the country will log miles, earn rewards, and climb the leaderboard, all while supporting a $1 million dollar donation to charities serving those who protect us here at home. Open to all Harley-Davidson riders, the challenge runs from March 28, to October 31, 2025, and offers collectible rewards at various milestone check-ins.   • FX THUNDER RIDE 365 MILEAGE SUBMISSION
    Ride 365 mileage will now be sent to Ken Wallis email at ken@fxharley.com with your H.O.G. number and the last 6 of your vin #. It is due on the 20th of the month. What's app gets to busy and he misses some of it. If you know someone in our chapter that isn't turing in their mileage please talk to them about helping our chapter by participating today. It's easy! Membership is at 84 members. Only 29 are reporting miles. Also Ken will need your starting miles for next year’s Ride 365 at the beginning of next year in January. He cannot just submit you’re ending miles from this year. Just save your photo and resend it in January.

    Club Apparel
    We were asked if we could get Hoodie sweatshirts like the t-shirts we got. Small H.O.G. Logo on the front left and big logo on the back with our top rocker. Hoodies are black, $50 each and we need to order at least 24. If anybody is interest please reach out and I will start a list. This will come up at next months meeting.

  • FX Thunder 10 for 25 Challenge / ENDS 10/31/2025
    FX Thunder has pick 10 destinations around NY and is challenging you to get out and ride. Ride to any or all destinations and get a picture of the destination, your bike (bike must be in picture) a long with the 2025 Membership Guide (See Sample Here) or The American Dreamin' Guide (Available at FX Caprara Harley-Davidson of Adams Center - (See Sample Here) and submit it through the Whatsapp for verification.
    Also another challenge is to get a picture of as many State Park Signs as you can, again with your bike and booklet. At the end of the year we will tally who did what. Good Luck...
